Zoning Approval for 86 Princeton Street

Our project, 86 Princeton Street, was recently granted zoning relief at Zoning Board of Appeals. The proposed 3-family development in the Eagle Hill neighborhood of East Boston was designed to complement two adjacent properties in form, and in the spirit of the Italianate style that dots this historic neighborhood.
