Westminster Court Apartments

Westminster Court Apartments is a vibrant tenant-owned community located in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood.  It was designed by renowned modernist architect Carl Koch in 1967 and serves as a prime example of modernist urban housing.  Unfortunately, 40 years of Boston’s harsh winters have damaged the building’s facade system, leaving it prone to leaks, air infiltration, and cracking.

We are pleased to be working with the tenant’s association, Urban Edge, and Envelope Engineers at Simpson Gumperz & Heger to rebuild the building envelope and restore it to its original beauty.
