277 Border Street a mixed-use, multi-family-with-retail, new construction project located outside of Central Square in East Boston. The project is sited on a lot formerly occupied by an auto body repair shop. The 19-unit building is comprised of a ground level featuring retail space, residential lobby, and garage featuring car stackers and bike storage. The upper four residential floors feature an assortment of airy and contemporary studio, 1, 2, and 3+ bedroom condominium units with private balconies, a common roof deck and striking views of the Boston skyline.
